Hello

Not as long as Loco does not have all these nifty little patches from
The Patch and the nice regional sets like the DBset.

Maybe if locomotion can be modded or changed like TTD it will supersede
TTD with The Patch. But my educated guess is that work will continue on
the patch the regional sets.
